Day 3 got off to a poor start with wind and rain all morning. However as the skies cleared in the afternoon some brave souls checked out conditions and soon there was a gaggle of gliders queuing to launch. With wind strength increasing some interesting circuits were executed but all returned to the launch point safely and ready for more. Just a few images today to register at least some flying for day 3.

Probably the main social event in the Rally.
International Evening is traditionally supported very well by pilots wishing to show their national food and drink from each of their home countries. Last night was no exception! The work that everyone put in to make the evening the huge success it was is a credit to everyone who setup tables and freely shared their fantastic food and beverages. For many of us it was a first time event and to say we were impressed is a gross understatement. A magnificent show, give yourselves a huge pat on the back, well done everyone! The images below are just a few of the highlights, I apologise if I missed anyone, the room was packed as you can see from the pictures.
