National Evening Meal

The Rally was able to fly today, the launch point was setup at the South end of the airfield, gliding was underway by midday. For the Rally Team there was much to organise with the National Evening Event location having been moved to the glider workshop. Some challenges on the way but by evening everything was ready. By the end of the night some 130 guests had been served with a full roast dinner and desert, the pop up kitchen served us well as did the volunteers who made it all look so easy, which it definitely was not!! Massive thanks to all involved, particularly Jon and Jackie for delivering a first class National Evening meal.
